【代发活动】藏人行政中央北美办事处代表经过地方藏人协会的合作，决定在旧金山湾区举办「藏汉青年交流会」。本次活动旨在为藏汉青年提供一个开放、平等的对话平台，从人文角度理解彼此的文化传统、生活经验与未来愿景。诚挚邀请您加入到人生意义的对话中，共同探索增进藏汉之间的理解。
尊者达赖喇嘛长期以来一直强调和平对话是解决冲突与误解的关键途径。在当前局势下，藏人正面临中共高压同化政策的严峻挑战，这不仅威胁着藏族的生存，更使藏族独特的语言充斥着失传的危险话语。在这样的背景下，促进藏汉民间之间的真诚交流变得至关重要，只有通过直接对话，才能消除因信息封锁和宣传而产生的混淆与隔阂。
藏人行政中央遵循尊者达赖喇嘛的智慧引领，坚持实行「中间道路」政策。在此政策框架下，各地藏人代表积极推动藏汉之间的交流与对话，搭建互联互通的桥梁。

His Holiness the Dalai Lama has consistently emphasized that peaceful dialogue is the key approach to resolving conflicts. In the current situation, Tibetans face severe challenges under the Chinese government's repressive assimilation policies, which not only threaten the survival of the Tibetan people but also put their unique language and cultural heritage at risk. Against this backdrop, promoting genuine exchange between Tibetan and Chinese people becomes particularly important, as only through direct dialogue can misunderstandings and gaps created by information blockades and propaganda be eliminated.
The Central Tibetan Administration, following the guidance of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, adheres to the "Middle Way" policy. Under this policy framework, Tibetans in various regions actively promote communication and dialogue between Tibetans and Chinese, building bridges of mutual understanding. Office of Tibet, Washington DC in cooperation with Tibetan Association of Northern California, has decided to organize a “Sino -Tibet Youth Interaction" in the culturally diverse San Francisco Bay Area. This activity aims to provide an open and equal dialogue platform for Tibetan and Chinese youth to understand each other's cultural traditions, life experiences, and future visions from a human perspective. Although the event focuses on youth exchange, the organizers recognize that promoting understanding is a responsibility of the entire society, and therefore warmly welcome Tibetans and Chinese of all age groups to participate.
